here’s WHAT it
actually takes to
Make progress
in a downtown
FDY is the community’s voice for downtown Yadkinville. But a voice needs resources behind it — financial support, people power, and the kind of collective energy that turns ideas into real improvements.
We use community support to fund events that bring people downtown, invest in property improvements that make the space worth visiting, develop public amenities that serve everyone, and advocate for the businesses and neighbors who make this town worth fighting for.
None of that happens without you.
In the next year, FDY is focused on designing and implementing facade improvement projects that make downtown more beautiful and inviting, growing our volunteer base to support more town events, expanding our sponsorship program to fund bigger activations, and continuing to advocate for public space improvements currently under study by town government.
These aren’t just ideas. They’re in motion. Your involvement helps us get there faster.
WHAT YOUR SUPPORT
MAKES POSSIBLE
find your way in
There’s no wrong way to support downtown Yadkinville. Here’s everything from the easy yes to the bigger commitment
show up
The simplest thing you can do is come to events. Every person who walks downtown tells a story about what this place is becoming. Show up, bring someone, and make it a habit.
Spread the word
When you post about downtown, tag us. When a friend asks what’s going on in Yadkinville, tell them. Word of mouth is still one of the most powerful things a community has.
donate
Every dollar goes directly toward events, beautification, and the ongoing work of revitalizing downtow, Donations keep the momentum going — and none is too small.
volunteer
We always need help with setup, day-of coordination, and more. If you want to be part of something with real impact, we’d love to have you.
be a sponsor
Sponsorship makes the big things possible — events, beautification, marketing. Sponsors get visibility with the community and the satisfaction of investing in something real.
